What You Actually Get Per Tier

Free — Real CRM, Real Limits

The Free plan is not a demo. You get leads, contacts, accounts, deals, tasks, and three user seats with no expiry. The ceiling arrives fast though:

  • No workflow automation — every follow-up and status change is manual.
  • No custom reports — you work with Zoho’s default views.
  • No mass email — you cannot send bulk emails from the CRM.
  • Storage: 256 MB total.

Free works for one or two people tracking a small pipeline. The moment your process has more than three steps, you’ll want Standard.

Standard — $14/user/month

Standard unlocks the first layer of automation and customisation:

  • Scoring rules — automatically score leads by behaviour or data criteria.
  • Workflow rules (5 per module) — trigger actions when a record matches conditions.
  • Email templates and mail merge.
  • Custom dashboards with up to 10 reports per dashboard.
  • 1 GB storage per org.

Standard suits a 2–10 person sales team with a defined pipeline. You’re not building complex automation yet, but you’re off spreadsheets.

What Standard lacks: web forms with custom scoring, multi-currency, inventory management, and SalesSignals. If those appear in your weekly workflows, jump to Professional.

Professional — $23/user/month

This is where Zoho CRM becomes a serious sales operating system:

  • Workflow rules increase to 20 per module.
  • Blueprint — a visual, enforced process builder. A deal cannot move from Proposal to Negotiation without a signed document attached. Blueprint eliminates the “I thought you handled that” problem.

  • Inventory management — products, price books, quotes, and invoices live inside the CRM.

Enterprise targets organisations running multiple teams, territories, or business units inside one CRM instance:

  • Multi-user portals — give clients, vendors, or partners controlled access to specific CRM data.
  • Territory management — assign accounts by geography, industry, or rep capacity.
  • Zia AI — lead and deal scoring powered by ML, conversation intelligence (call transcription and sentiment), and anomaly detection in your pipeline.
  • Custom modules with up to 500 fields, Canvas drag-and-drop record views, and advanced workflows with Deluge scripting.

If your team runs regional structures, sells through partners, or needs AI-assisted forecasting, Enterprise is the minimum viable Zoho CRM pricing tier. Below Enterprise, Zia does not score your pipeline.

Ultimate — $52/user/month

Ultimate adds depth to the analytics and automation layers rather than new functional categories:

Ultimate pays off when your sales ops team spends hours each week exporting CRM data into spreadsheets for reporting. If you’re running BI outside the CRM today, Ultimate likely pays for itself.

Zoho One gives you 50+ Zoho applications — CRM, Desk, Books, People, Projects, Campaigns, Social, Analytics, and more — under a single licence. Here’s how the Zoho CRM pricing compares side-by-side:
